I've been practicing massage for over 13 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to just relaxation. Along with my team, we can work together to achieve optimum health and well being in your life.

After working in the massage industry for over 5 years in a chiropractic setting and in a corporate setting, I realized something needed to be done to bring back the one on one client service people desire. At Traditions Massage and Facial spa, we tailor your service to meet your specific need, while making you feel as though you are the only one in the spa. We take great pride in making our guest feel special all while helping them get better. We believe in taking a holistic approach and helping the body to heal as it was designed to do. We offer the full 60-minute hands-on service and also have a special treat for you to enjoy after your service. We hope to see you and want to help make you feel and look your best.

We also use an organic approach to skin care and have incorporated the Hungarian massage in all of our facials. While putting an organic product in your body to stay healthy, it only makes since to use one on your body!
